This policy explains how East Lane Golf Club, a website operated by Pacedall Labs Ltd, handles information when you use eastlanegolf.com.
1. Who we are
This site is owned and operated by Pacedall Labs Ltd, 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom (registered in England and Wales). For any privacy question, contact us at team@eastlanegolf.com.
2. Downloading the tools
The golf cards are free PDF files. Downloading them requires no sign-up, no email address and no personal information.
3. The feedback form
The only place you can choose to give us information is the feedback form. It asks for an optional name, an optional email address, and your message.
- We use this only to read your feedback and, if you left an email, to reply.
- Your message is sent to us by email — it is not saved in any database on this site.
- We keep the email only as long as needed to deal with your feedback, then delete it.
- We never sell or share it, and we don't use it for marketing.
Providing an email is optional; without it we simply won't be able to reply.
4. Service providers
To run the site and deliver your feedback we rely on a few trusted providers, who process limited data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare — hosts the website and, as is normal for any web host, may process technical information such as your IP address and request logs to deliver the site securely.
- Resend — delivers your feedback message to us by email.
- Zoho Mail — the inbox that receives our email.
Each provider has its own privacy practices and safeguards.
5. Cookies and analytics
We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share any data with advertisers.
We use one strictly necessary cookie, elg_consent, which stores nothing but your cookie choice (accepted or rejected) so we don't ask you again on every page. It expires after six months. No consent is required for this cookie under UK law, because the site cannot honour your choice without it.
We may also set optional analytics cookies to understand which cards people find useful. These are never set unless you press "Accept". If you press "Reject", or simply dismiss the banner, nothing is loaded and no analytics cookies are stored. If you accept and later change your mind, any analytics cookies already set are deleted.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the link in the footer of any page.
6. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have rights over your personal data, including the right to access, correct or delete it. Because we don't store form submissions in a database, exercising these rights usually just means we delete the relevant email. To make a request, email team@eastlanegolf.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
7. Children
The site is general-audience and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
