These terms govern your use of eastlanegolf.com (the “site”). By using the site, you agree to them.

In short: the site and its golf cards are free for your personal use. They offer general guidance to help your game — not professional instruction — and are provided “as is”.

1. Who we are

This site is owned and operated by Pacedall Labs Ltd, 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom (registered in England and Wales). You can reach us at team@eastlanegolf.com.

2. The service

East Lane Golf Club provides free, printable golf tools (the “cards”). The site is free to use and requires no account or registration.

3. Use of the cards

You may download and print the cards for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't resell them, redistribute them as your own, or remove the East Lane Golf Club branding.

4. Intellectual property

The site, its content, the East Lane Golf Club name and logo, and the cards are owned by Pacedall Labs Ltd unless stated otherwise. You're granted a personal licence to use them as described above; all other rights are reserved.

5. Guidance only — no warranty

The cards offer general golf guidance to help you practise and make decisions on the course. They are provided “as is”, with no guarantee of particular results, accuracy, or fitness for a specific purpose. Distances, strategies and tips are starting points, not professional coaching — please use your own judgement.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the site available, but we can't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pacedall Labs Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or the cards. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Third-party services

The site relies on third-party providers (such as our hosting and email providers) and may link to other websites. We're not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. Please read it alongside these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction.
